تولید آنتی‌بادی ویروس کرونا توسط آکادمی علوم روسیه تولید شد!
متخصصان انستیتو شیمی بیوارگانیک آکادمی علوم روسیه با کشت سلول های موش در آزمایشگاه موفق به تولید مقدار زیادی آنتی بادی های یک شاخه اصلی پروتئین کلیدی ویروس کرونا شدند. این آنتی بادی احتمالا برای درمان کووید۱۹ و همچنین استفاده از سیستم های تشخیص این بیماری مناسب است.
این محققان اعلام کردند یک آنتی بادی مونوکلونال (پادتن تک دودمانی) ساخته اند که می توان برای مطالعه SARS-CoV-۲ و ایجاد سیستم های تشخیصی و درمانی از آن استفاده کرد. این آنتی بادی به درمان بیماران کووید۱۹ کمک می کند.
مزیت اصلی آنتی بادی مذکور این است که می توان مقدار زیادی از آن را با هزینه ای اندک تولید کرد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری تاس، این نخستین کشت سلولی در روسیه است که می تواند مقدار زیادی آنتی بادی تولید کند. جزییات این تحقیق در کتابخانه الکترونیک bioRxiv منتشر شده است.
بیماری کرونا (کووید-۱۹) یک بیماری مسری است که در اثر ویروس جدید کرونا شیوع پیدا کرده است. اکثر افراد مبتلا به کووید-۱۹ دچار بیماری خفیف تنفسی می شوند و بدون نیاز به درمان ویژه بهبود پیدا می کنند. احتمال بروز بیماری جدی در افراد مسن و افرادی که بیماری زمینه ای نظیر بیماری قلب و عروق، دیابت، بیماری مزمن تنفسی و سرطان دارند، بیشتر است.
ویروس کووید-۱۹ در وهله اول از طریق قطرات بزاق یا ترشحات بینی فرد بیمار هنگام عطسه و سرفه منتقل می شود. بنابراین تمرین آداب تنفسی (مثلا سرفه کردن در آرنج) بسیار مهم است. در حال حاضر، هیچ واکسن یا درمان خاصی برای کووید-۱۹ وجود ندارد، اما آزمایش های بالینی برای به دست آوردن درمان احتمالی ادامه دارد.
