اهمیت پلاسمای افراد بهبود یافته از کرونا

سخنگوی سازمان انتقال خون ایران بهبود یافتگان کرونا را مخاطب قرار داد و گفت: شما انسان های مهمی هستید چون از زمان بهبودی تا چند ماه بعد ماده‌ای در پلاسمای خونتان وجود دارد که می تواند نجات بخش کسانی باشد که در تخت بیمارستان نفس‌هایشان به شماره افتاده است.

متخصصان می‌گویند تنها روش قابل اعتماد و در دسترس برای درمان بیماران کووید 19 استفاده از پلاسمای خون بیماران بهبود یافته از کرونا و تزریق آن به افراد مبتلاست. 

تا امروز بیش از 300 هزار بیمار در کشورمان از کرونا رهایی یافته اند. اما آمارها نشان می‌دهد از ابتدای اجرای طرح اهدای پلاسمای بهبودیافتگان تا امروز تنها  2 درصد از بهبود یافتگان به مراکز انتقال خون مراجعه کرده‌اند.

افزایش شیوع کرونا در پاییز و زمستان

سخنگوی سازمان انتقال خون ایران با بیان اینکه پیش بینی ها از احتمال افزایش شیوع کرونا در پاییز و زمستان خبر می دهد گفت: افزایش ذخایر پلاسمای بهبودیافتگان کووید19 به درمان هرچه بیشتر بیماران کمک و عبور از موج احتمالی را آسان می کند.

به گزارش روابط عمومی سازمان انتقال خون ایران؛ دکتر بشیر حاجی بیگی گفت: سازمان انتقال خون در تلاش است از همین حالا با افزایش فراخوان های اهدای خون و دعوت از بهبودیافتگان کووید19، ذخایر خون و پلاسمای مورد نیاز را برای مقابله با موج های احتمالی شیوع بیماری کرونا افزایش دهد.

وی با یادآوری فرصت ارزشمند محرم و صفر برای اهدای خون و پلاسما اظهار داشت: مردم ایران نذورات مختلفی انجام می دهند و از آنان خواستاریم که امسال نذر خون و پلاسما در اولویت قرار دهند.

وی گفت، خون به صورت معمول 35 روز و پلاسما دست کم یک سال قابلیت نگهداری دارد. چنانچه مردم در ماه های محرم و صفر استقبال بیشتری از اهدای خون داشته باشند عبور از پاییز سخت کرونایی با تکیه بر ذخایر مناسب آسان می شود .

تب سنجی در بدو ورود، توزیع ماسک، کاهش دادن مسیر های ورود و خروج به حداقل ممکن، ضدعفونی مراکز اهدای خون در هر شیفت کاری، فعال بودن سامانه نوبت دهی اینترنتی، رعایت فاصله گذاری اجتماعی در سالن های انتظار و ممنوعیت ورود افرادی که حضور آنان در بخش اهداکنندگان ضرورتی ندارد از جمله پروتکل های پیش بینی شده در مراکز اهدای خون است.

دکتر حاجی بیگی ضمن تاکید بر اینکه کرونا یک بیماری تنفسی است و امکان سرایت از طریق اهدا یا تزریق خون را ندارد خاطرنشان ساخت: مراکز انتقال خون تفاوت بسیاری با مراکز درمانی دارد و روزانه میزبان سالمترین اقشار جامعه است.

دکتر حاجی بیگی به باورهای نادرستی که دلیل مراجعه کمتر بهبودیافتگان از کرونا است اشاره کرد و گفت : یکی از دلایل کم رغبتی بهبود یافتگان کرونا برای مراجعه به مراکز انتقال خون و اهدای پلاسما دلهره از ابتلای دوباره به این ویروس است.

وی گفت: تصور به چند دلیل اشتباه است، اولا مردم توجه کنند که مرکز انتقال خون، مرکز درمانی نیست، خیلی‌ها این مراکز را با بیمارستان‌ها اشتباه می گیرند. ما پشتیبان مراکز درمانی هستیم. دوم اینکه مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز انتقال خون جزو سالم ترین افراد جامعه هستند، چون هیچ فردی با حال جسمی بد برای اهدای خون پیشقدم نمی‌شود. کسانی به این مراکز مراجعه می کنند که در ایده‌آل ترین شرایط جسمی هستند.

 همه وسایل و تجهیزات مورد استفاده در مراکز انتقال خون سراسر کشور استریل و یک بار مصرف است. محیط مراکز هم در طول روز چند بار ضدعفونی می‌شود. متاسفانه از زمانی که ویروس کرونا وارد کشور شده آمار اهدای خون هم کاهش پیدا کرده است.

دکتر بشیر حاجی بیگی با بیان اینکه تا پایان مرداد ماه در مجموع 7 هزار و 66 نفر جهت اهدای پلاسما به مراکز سازمان انتقال خون در سطح کشور مراجعه کرده اند، گفت: پنج هزار و 609 واحد پلاسما در بهبودیافتگان کووید19 دریافت شده است.

 وی با یادآوری اینکه برخی از داوطلبین به دلایلی پس از معاینه معاف از اهدای پلاسما شناخته می شوند، ادامه داد: در استاندارد های سازمان انتقال خون حفظ سلامت اهداکننده و گیرنده پلاسمای اهدایی لحاظ شده است و چنانچه یکی از این دو تامین نگردد داوطلب اهدای پلاسما به صورت موقت یا دائم معاف شناخته می شود.

سربازان کمکی در خط مقدم مبارزه با کرونا 

دکتر حاجی بیگی با یادآوری اینکه کاهش اهدای خون در شرایطی اتفاق افتاده که نیاز کشور به فرآورده های خون همچون گذشته رو به افزایش است ادامه داد: در این برهه به همکاری بیشتر داوطلبان اهدای خون نیازمندیم.

وی تصریح کرد این آنتی بادی در بدن فردی که به کووید 19 مبتلا شده سپر دفاعی می سازد و قدرت تخریب سلول‌های بدن بیمار را از ویروس می‌گیرد.

اگر بهبود یافتگان دست به کار شوند، آمار مرگ و میر پایین می آید 

دکتر بشیر حاجی بیگی اذعان داشت اگر عزم جدی در بهبود یافته‌ها به وجود بیاید و پلاسما برای تزریق به بیماران در همه بیمارستان ها وجود داشته باشد، آمار مرگ و میر کاهش پیدا می کند.

وی اظهارکرد: در پلاسما درمانی، مهم‌ترین عامل در توقف پیشرفت بیماری، زمان تزریق پلاسما است. اگر این ماده در مرحله شروع تکثیر ویروس به بدن بیمار تزریق شود هم انتشار ویروس در بدن کمتر و یا متوقف می‌شود، هم طول دوره بستری بیماران در بیمارستان ها  کوتاه می شود.

دکتر حاجی بیگی گفت: برای مثال اگر بیمار بدحالی قرار باشد 3 هفته در بیمارستان بستری شود، با تزریق پلاسما روند بهبودی‌اش سرعت بیشتری می گیرد و زمان بستری‌اش ممکن است به چهار یا پنج روز برسد. در این صورت مرگ و میر کمتر می شود، تعداد پذیرش و تعداد ترخیص بیماران در بیمارستان‌ها برابر و فشار کمتری بر کادر درمان وارد می‌شود.
